Our philosophy and main goal is the creation of structurally sound, earthquake resistant, fireproof, waterproof, “human-body-friendly” houses that have the function of real shelter (reliable separation of building from environmental influences). They are absolutely resistant to wildfires and other natural disasters, external and internal moisture (water penetration/leaks), mold and termites. Our technology does not rely on flammable wood wall studs, wood floor and wood ceiling. Our walls do not contain combustible plywood, oriented strand boards - otherwise known as OSB - plastic waterproof films or polystyrene insulation. Our mainly used materials are: - poured in place concrete of 4500 – 5000 pci and concrete blocks (CMU) for load-bearing walls - steel rebar for reinforcement - incombustible mineral wool boards for external insulation - incombustible gypsum boards for interior covering, ceramic tiles and marble for floor covering A concrete ceiling slab is mandatory to achieve absolute fireproof protection of the building. All electrical wiring runs under the ceiling, which is subsequently covered with suspended gypsum boards. In connection with the installation of a heavy concrete ceiling, all interior walls of the house are reinforced load-bearing members. The whole house works as a solid reinforced concrete "box" consisting of six main planes: four vertical sides (external walls) and two horizontal sides (foundation and ceiling slabs). The "box" is additionally strengthened by the interior walls built of reinforced concrete, integrated into the foundation, ceiling and exterior walls. The foundation slab, exterior walls, interior walls, and ceiling slab are linked together, forming a solid monolithic structure that is extremely seismically stable. We use the word "Wholecrete" to describe our concept, a word that emphasizes the reliability and durability of state-of-the-art concrete-framed buildings that we offer to the market. Our approach is especially relevant in California, where several thousand homes burn each year in wildfires. We hope to attract the interest of state and municipal governments (which have the responsibility to rebuild large areas affected by the fires) while safeguarding the interests and lives of Californians against the inevitability of wildfires and other natural disasters. We have zero tolerance for any fake marketing strategy and any deceptive construction practice. We place the structural stability of our buildings first - no fake decorations, no substitution of concepts. We also plan to build healthcare facilities for the elderly and ill using our non-combustible technology. Residents of such facilities have limited moving capacities - many of them would not be able to leave a burning house without outside help. This means that any malfunction of fire protection alarms or sprinklers and/or failure of personnel on duty could expose immobile patients to deadly danger. Our wood-free incombustible technology is a guarantee for the survival of such people in the event of a fire. This factor could also be of interest to state authorities and families of patients.
