Our philosophy and main goal is the creation of structurally sound, earthquake resistant, fireproof, waterproof, “human-body-friendly” houses that have the function of real shelter (reliable separation of living space from environmental influences and hazards). They are absolutely resistant to wildfires and other natural disasters (hurricanes, floodsetc.), external and internal moisture (water penetration/leaks), mold and termites. Our technology does not rely on ignitable 2x4 wood boards on walls, woody floor, woody ceiling, and woody truss roof.

Our walls do not contain combustible wood, plywood, oriented strand boards (otherwise known as OSB), plastic waterproof films or polystyrene insulation.

 Our mainly used materials are:

- poured in place concrete of 4500 – 5000 pci or concrete blocks (Concrete Masonry Units) for load-bearing walls

- Grade 60 steel rebar for structural reinforcement

- incombustible mineral wool boards for external insulation (for construction in low-temperature geographic areas)

- incombustible gypsum or cement for exterior and interior plastering, ceramic tiles and marble for floor and floor covering

Our foundation is not a traditional strip-like footing but solid reinforced and waterproofed concrete slab - plate for better seismic stability. A reinforced concrete ceiling slab/flat roof is mandatory to achieve absolute fireproof protection of the building. Main horizontal electrical wiring runs under the ceiling and subsequently covered with suspended gypsum boards. Vertical electrical wires run in conduits inside of walls. Water and sewer horizontal pipes run under the foundation plate and slurry slab.

Because of presence of a heavy concrete ceiling slab/flat roof, all interior walls of the house are reinforced load-bearing members.

The whole house works as a solid reinforced concrete “box”. The house “box” consists of the followingparts: four vertical sides (exterior walls) and two horizontal sides (foundation slab and ceiling/flat roof slab). Such "box" is additionally strengthened by the interior walls built of reinforced concrete, integrated into the foundation, ceiling and exterior walls.

The foundation slab, exterior walls, interior walls, and ceiling slab are linked together, forming a solid monolithic structure that is extremely seismically stable.

We use the word "Wholecrete" to describe our concept, a word that emphasizes the reliability and durability of state of the art concrete-frame structures that we offer on the market.

Our approach is especially relevant in California, where several thousand homes burn each year in wildfires. We hope to attract the attention of state and municipal governments (which have the responsibility to rebuild large areas affected by the fires) while safeguarding the interests and lives of Californians against the inevitability of wildfires and other natural disasters.

Separately, it must be said that our concrete-frame houses contribute to the civil defense of the country. If necessary, such a house can be a refuge not only for its owners, but also for immediate neighbors. The presence of such houses-shelters (see photos of our current project in California) in traditional neighborhoods across the country consisting of common plywood-made houses (that are not designed to withstand real disasters) significantly increases the chances of the population to survive in extreme conditions.

We have zero tolerance for any false marketing strategy and any deceptive construction practice. We define the structural stability and fire/disaster resistance of our buildings as our absolute priority. No fake decor solutions and no substitution of concepts. The real estate property must be “real”, not “unreal”.

We also plan to build healthcare facilities for the elderly and ill using our non-combustible technology (hospices, congregate living facilities etc.). Residents of such facilities have limited moving capacities - many of them would not be able to leave a burning house without outside help. This means that any malfunction of fire protection alarms or sprinklers and/or failure of personnel on duty could expose immobile patients to deadly danger. Our wood-free incombustible technology is a guarantee for the survival of such people in the event of a fire. This factor could also be of interest to state authorities and families of patients.
